Which email should I use?

Please make sure you use your personal email address (not your school email) for the application form. We will contact you through this email from submission of your application, all the way through until you start with us at OSFC, so it is important you have access to your email for the duration.

When is the deadline?

The deadline for submitting applications is Friday 1 December.

Partner schools - Ensure your application is submitted by this date. We will then collect your predicted grades from school and be in touch in the New Year.

Non-partner schools - Submit your application and predicted grades by this date to be considered for our January interviews!

How do I decide which courses I want to study at OSFC?

Make sure you do your research. At OSFC, we offer a wide range of courses and 4 different pathways, so there is something for everyone. You can read about all of our courses here, check out our digital prospectus (or pick up a copy from school), and visit us for our Open Events in October.

Do not worry too much about your courses- there will be plenty of opportunities for you to change these. At this point, we are interested in knowing which courses you may wish to study, so we can help you make the correct choices during your interview.

What happens now?

If you have not done so already, please upload a copy of your predicted grades via the document upload function on the application form. This should be a screenshot/photo/scan of your official report from school, with your name visible. Once we have received your predicted grades, your application will be processed. All communications will be sent via email, so please keep checking your email regularly, including your junk & spam folders.

When will my interview take place?

OSFC interviews take place between January & March. We will contact you via email to confirm the exact dates, times and other arrangements. You can read more about the interview process here.

I don’t have my predicted grades yet- what should I do?

Please do not worry. If you have any results from Year 10, you can upload these with the application. Alternatively, you can leave this section blank for now and add them to your application when you receive them. Please note, we cannot proceed with your application until this evidence has been received.
